Product Description: The compensating concrete shrinkage and expansion tester designed according to the national standard GB50119-2003 is mainly used as a specialized testing instrument for measuring the longitudinal limited expansion rate and longitudinal limited drying shrinkage rate of compensating shrinkage concrete. Based on this, determine the correct amount of concrete expansion agent to be used in the project. This system does not require traditional manual duty recording. Once the sample is installed, manual duty reading recording is no longer required. The system will automatically collect/record and print the test report for a long time (up to one year) according to the program settings. The system uses high-precision displacement sensors to collect the shrinkage deformation of concrete samples. The deformation values are collected in real time by a multi-channel data acquisition device and transmitted to a computer. The software displays and records the deformation data in real time and generates a database file. It has the characteristics of easy operation, time-saving and labor-saving, and high reading accuracy.

2》 Small displacement sensor
A small displacement sensor is based on an AC displacement sensor, reduced in size, and finely tuned. It is enclosed in a stainless steel tube and can be connected to electronic transmitters or other transmission instruments to output standard voltage or current signals. It has the characteristics of high testing accuracy, easy use, compact structure, and moisture resistance.

3》 Multi channel data acquisition system
In order to store the output signals of various sensors into the computer, we have produced a dedicated A/D collector. On the one hand, it provides power for sensors, and on the other hand, it converts analog signals into digital quantities through a USB interface and stores them in the computer. It has a small size and is easy to use, and can be paired with laptop or desktop computers. Not only suitable for laboratory experiments, but also for measurement environments in industrial control sites. If a data acquisition device with a network interface is selected, it can communicate with a computer over long distances. The communication distance can reach 100 meters using Category 5 twisted pair cables. Due to the use of TCP/IP protocol, data communication is error free. This instrument provides an ideal solution for remote data collection and monitoring.
